November Currently

Can you believe it is already November?!  Wow!  I am linking up with Farley's November Currently!

I am not an Ole Miss or Georgia fan, but the hubs is watching so I am, too.  We are VOLS fans!  Go Big Orange!

Am I the only teacher who hates grading essay's?!  They can be so subjective and I really dislike grading them, but I have 20 waiting on me so I better get going!

Several years ago I found classical CD's at Dollar Tree and bought several of them.  I use them in the morning when kids come in and during independent reading/small groups!  I could use some upgrades in the music department so I am going to be checking out some of the music you all are mentioning on this Currently!

  1. I am coming over from Oh Boy 4th grade! I am your newest follower! :) I must agree, a shopping trip at Old Navy would be fab right about now! Our weather just went from scorching hot to freezing cold and I desperately need some pants. It doesn't help that they stalk me constantly with coupons in my email! Hopefully we will both get to shop soon!

  2. Hi Lana, I hopped over from the November Currently. I, too, live in the South and football just seems to be a LARGE part of our Saturday's. I teach 5th grade Math/Science. Do you use writing prompts from across the curriculum or are the prompts specified by your County, etc.?

  3. Hi there! Stopping by from Farley's Currently... Thanks for stopping by my blog too! :) We LOVE Old Navy in this house too! Can't beat their deals + coupons!!

Good luck with those essays! You should see if you can snag a writing rubric; makes things a lot easier to grade.
